If your baggage has been damaged during your journey to Midtjyllands airport you need to contact the airline company you have just arrived with.
The airline companies are located in the departure hall at ground floor.
The airline company will create a damage report, where the damages to the baggage will be documented,
It is now up to each airline company how the damage report is handled.
Please note! To be able to create a damage report, you need to bring the baggage, baggage receipt and boarding pass.
The airline company can refuse to make a damage report if the damaged baggage or baggage receipt cannot be presented.
The baggage receipt is your proof that you have checked in baggage on your flight.
