Delayed baggage

If your baggage has not arrived in Midtjyllands airport, you should then contact the airline company, which you have just arrived with.

The airline companies are located in the departure hall at ground floor.

The airline company will create a baggage report regarding the missing baggage and will start searching for it immediately.

Mon- Thursday 04.30-11.00 am & 12 am-11.30 pm

Friday 04.30 – 11.00 am and 12 am – 9 pm 

Saturday 6 – 14.30 am & 6 pm-8.30 pm

Sunday 6 am – 2.30 am & 6 pm-1130 pm

During vacations and holidays there can be reduced opening hours

 
 

NOTE! To create a baggage report regarding your missing baggage, you need to bring the baggage receipt and boarding pass.

The airline company can refuse to make a baggage report if no baggage receipt can be presented, the baggage receipt is your proof that you have checked in baggage on your flight.

If a baggage report has been made earlier on your journey, you need to contact the company where the baggage report was made, since they are responsible for the baggage.

Please note that Midtjyllands airport has no information regarding missing baggage.
